EMB Therapy

Wish I had seen Emily sooner. Running the London Marathon but for the past three weeks, I've had lower back pain when running. Visited Emily for the first time yesterday. Spent time discussing the issue, had massage and gave me so useful advice. Run for 70 minutes this morning and although my back is tender from the massage, no back pain. Cannot thank Emily enough. Will definitely be back.

Went to Emily with a recurring neck issue. She was thorough in her questioning prior to treatment and explained things throughout. Following a massage and dry cupping, things immediately felt better - she also gave me a sequence of moves/stretches to do every day.Would highly recommend Emily and to top it off, as a member of the “Sports Therapy Organisation” I was able to claim the cost of this back through my healthcare cash plan!

i couldn’t recommend Emily at EMB Therapy enough! i’ve been having issues on and off with my upper body for months but decided I needed it looked at, not only did Emily sort out my back with the use of a sports massage and cupping but she also told me what she thought the problem was and gave me solutions to try and solve it such as a longer warm up before my workouts.She talked through everything as she was doing it and made sure I was okay throughout the whole session and I do genuinely feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders and back!I wouldn’t ever go to anyone other than Emily and i’ll be doing monthly maintenance sessions to keep on top of it!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went to Emily with some upper back tension and knotting. After doing a quick assessment, she said the best treatment would be a massage and cupping. Worked amazingly and sorted my back right out. Will definitely be going back soon!

Em thank you so much for my Myers Cocktail drip last week. After having what felt like chronic fatigue syndrome for absolutely ages, this seemed to sort me out and give my body the kick it clearly needed. I am so happy I found Emily, she’s a fantastic sports therapist. She has helped me continue working as I have a sore lower back and issues with hips due to work demands. I now have more longevity and more energy. If there were awards for therapists Emily would have a trophy case full of them.

I have seen Emily several times for both treatments and sport massages as she is extremely knowledgeable and talks you through the process and explains exercises to help any problem areas . She makes you feel extremely comfortable and makes the time to listen to you to ensure treatment is fully effective . emily was incredible. after just one session with her, i feel brand new! i knew something was wrong with my upper body, but didnt realise how bad it really was until i saw emily. she completely sorted my back. i literally feel like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders & i feel so loose & free. i cant believe how rounded, hunched and tensed i was. people have already said how much better my posture even looks! emily is magic i swear! she talked me through everything she was doing, what could have caused my problems, what muscles where tensed up etc, & how to avoid causing problems again, she even showed me mobility work to do before each session & how to properly warm up before an upper session! ill be back seeing emily every month from now on to make sure im feeling this way always. i feel brand new! 100% recommend emily, i cant believe how good i feel after just one session! cant thank her enough!

I discovered EMB Therapy via social media and I was impressed with what I saw, I have really tight calf’s and hamstrings and I made an appointment with Emily.The service provided was awesome and the communication was excellent.Emily really understood my issues and dealt with them accordingly and effectively.A couple of days after my treatment I was able todo a 5k run pain free which is a huge relief and extremely satisfying.I am so please that I have discovered EMB therapy, the knowledge and ability to tailor the treatment is second to none.
