This company was straight forward to deal with. Quick response with everything, from initial email, to receiving DNA kit, to finding out results. I had a my rescue dog DNA'd (DNA my dog) to find out exactly what his breeds were, the results were surprising to say the least. I thought he was a Pointer cross, turns out he's​ got Chihuahua, Dalmatian and Bassett Hound in him. Not sure whether to believe it or not!

Brilliant service! The customer support team were excellent. I ordered the DNA kit for my partners ancestry and we had the results and a beautiful large map of the world detailing her ancestral history in just over 2 weeks. I ordered the same kit from another well known site and it took them 12 weeks just to get the sample kit out to us! Would highly recommend using these guys.

Recently had a legal dna test done and could not be more happy with the service we received which was prompt and efficient, We were kept fully informed at every stage and the result was delivered within the time stipulated of four working days. Ordered a twin zygosity testing for my curiosity of my twins. I know they MCDA but through this test, I can confirm that they're definitely identical. Highly accurate. Happy with their service and very keen.

I must say in the beginning I was a bit unsure about this test (non invasive dna prenatal) as it's a quite new method, I never heard before about this kind of test and I dont know anyone who has done it before. Because of no dagner for the unborn baby I decided to give it a try. Your website looks very professional and after contacting the customer service (after my oder) I got immediately and proffesional reply from Mark, it won my trust! Also the further days, I got answers within a few hours and always by the same person, fantastic! I only can say good things about your support, the results came on time, the way the results are shown is very clear and they prove the test is done by proffessionals. The idea to send it from the Netherlands to USA sound complicated and difficult but it wasnt at all!! The courier service was prepared perfect, because of the account number the courier knew exact what to do and how to transport the blood. It's a lot of money but it's so worth and I highly recommend this to everybody!!! Now we dont have to wait for 9 long months to be sure about this, we are very happy, really, thank you so much :)

What a great service. My husband and i both sent off for the Ancestral Origins DNA testing service. The results were fascinating and unexpected. We had previusly visited some of the areas and countries that appeared with no idea of our ancestral links to them. Really got the bug now. The customer services were very helpful and friendly too. I recently used International Biosciences to test if my Y chromosome matched a second person to find out if we were from the same male lineage. the service was very professional and fast. really would recommend. T L westbrook
