This company is amazing! We needed three very large and different lights for our new house but struggled to find somewhere to look at the lights. We found some online and decided to pop in to Universal to see if they had anything like the ones we had chosen. Although they didn’t have the lights in stock, they had some wall lights in the same range which they unpacked to show us the colour, finish and crystals. Delivery was quick, they held the order for us in stock, advice was brilliant and customer service fantastic. I would absolutely recommend these guys and already have several times! Outstanding.

Amazing! It's extremely rare I experience customer service this good. I called the company, Chloe was absolutely lovely, they had the part I needed, it was very reasonably priced, I had lots of updates to tell me when it was arriving, it came quickly, I even got a thankyou card with the box.... I mean.... this company could teach others a thing or two! Highly recommended. They have LOADS or products online too.

Absolutely brilliant. So much to look at in store so plenty of ideas. Chloe was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient and provided some good guidance. I also spoke to George on the phone and he too was very helpful. Excellent online ordering service and communication throughout the time of my order to delivery.
