The minute I met Sarah, I was made to feel very warm and welcome. The room was perfectly set up, cosy, relaxing and comfortable. From the choice of music, the comfy chair and I even got a quilt and my own eye mask. Sarah asked enough questions which you could tell she was very good at what she does. I was made to feel at home, relaxed and comforted. I will be using Sarah again, I 100% recommend she is just so lonely and welcoming. Thanks Sarah

I visited Sarah at 39 weeks and 5 days pregnant to focus on labour preparation and some deep relaxation. It was the most relaxed I have been in weeks and I nodded off during the session. The clinic was immaculate and it was one of the nicest most relaxing treatments I have ever had. Will 100% be back post baby.

Sarah booked me in at quite late notice and I can honestly say the reflexology was one of the best experiences I have ever had!Sarah came to my home, set up a clam and tranquil environment, we discussed my medical history and concerns, then the treatment lasted an hour!After the treatment I felt relaxed, calm and composed!I walked into the theatre the following day feeling positive and ready for the procedure - the theatre staff even commented on how relaxed I was and how refreshing it was for them to work with!I would highly recommend Sarah and I’m already excited to start some post pregnancy reflexology! Sarah is a brilliant reflexologist and I've been seeing her since in was pregnant. One year on I'm still having her treatments as I truly feel so good after each and every session. My hormones are balanced, my skin, hair and nails, all glow when I've had her reflexology and I feel a big difference if I miss a few sessions.She's also a genuinely, friendly, lovely caring person and so so patient and loving towards my baby.I couldn't recommend her highly enough.

Sarah is incredible! I started having reflexology during pregnancy to help induce labour naturally, I had a session a week before my due date and 2 days later my waters broke! I also had a session earlier on in my pregnancy where my baby was breached before hand and when I went for my scan a couple of days later baby was head down in position so I think it must have been Sarah with her reflexology again.It is also the most relaxing reflexology I’ve ever had I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
