NCP Car Park Lincoln High Street

They're only good until you or someone else has an issue leaving the car park. There's only one exit and there's a barrier so if someone else has an issue leaving, it holds everyone else up that is waiting behind them. This has happened about 6 or 7 times and I've only been parking there for 2 months. I'm not sure what other people's issue was in leaving but I paid for a season ticket and I have a QR code on my phone to enter and exit. Today, it would not let me exit no matter how many times I scanned the QR code. There were no employees around to help and it took over 20 minutes just to get someone on the phone. Then they disconnected once I got them on the line and I had to wait 20 min all over again. This delayed me in leaving by over 40 minutes in total. Their customer service on the phone is horrible. Not really worth the high price of the season ticket. I won't be renewing once it runs out.

Reasonable price, great location and staff are super helpful and friendly.

Reasonable rate if you go early.Bit pricey otherwise.Guess someone has to keep the owner on his luxury yacht!No hassles using the app to get in and out of the barriers. It pays through the system to, so you don't need money or to visit the pay machine.

I use this car park as a student living in the University's accommodation right next door. It's in a really convenient location for me and, although on the pricey side, it's definitely a great service to use. I pay via a monthly seasonal pass" at £100p/m. To my understanding

This is a dam joke £12 parking for few hours in Lincoln ,I was in London last week a paid £1.10 an hour total rip off,and if u use there app £8.95 ummm designed to rip you

A well-monitored car park with access control allowing only people with cars parked into the building. Security staff at the entrance were very helpful and friendly too.

Plenty of spaces. very good for town centre shopping but a fair walk to the Cathedral and Castle

These are card only having initial trouble attendant quickly turned up explaining everything been back at least 2 times since can now manage in seconds excellent ****been back a lot since then its just so accessible and central to the city centre

This is a good place to park in Lincoln if you arrive before 10am as it's only £6 for you to stay for as long as you like. It's also pretty secure as car parks go (access is controlled by a barcode on your ticket or app), it's well located between the station, Brayford Waterfront restaurants & High Street shops, and the staff have been friendly whenever I've interacted with them.
