Riverside e-bikes and cycles

Very friendly and great service. Got me back on the road in 30 mins to allow me to finish the liverpool to Leeds canal ride for The Brain Tumour Charity

This place was new to me and I came across it just by chance. Being in the market for an e-bike, I went in for a nosey. The guys who run it, Sean and Steve, impressed me a lot with their knowledge of the market and what might be the right bike for me, and the help and advice they gave me was spot on. There was no pressure, just really great customer service. Checking in with them later, a slight defect with the battery casing was quickly sorted in their workshop. They are handily situated on local bike routes and will eventually have a cafe too, so I can see myself becoming a regular. Highly recommended.

Went here to buy a bike helmet.... we turned up on a Monday (they are closed on a Monday) but by chance one of the owners was around.. he opened up the shop and let us have a look around. Astounded by the number of ebikes they have in there. Had a good chat about the ebikes and the guy (Sean) was very knowledgeable.... as am thinking of getting an ebike in the future so it was very helpful. My friend and I subsequently hired ebikes a few weeks later (Stephen was our point of contact here who confirmed all the details)...Very helpful nice guys helped us to size and adjust to bikes, explained how they worked etc. They even waited past their closing time for us to return that day with the bikes as we had miscalculated our route and timings as we were having so much fun!Would definitely recommend!Five Stars All Round!

I am a pensioner with dodgy knees thinking of returning to cycling (for the first time in 50+ years) to help me get around. So I asked Riverside about hiring an electric bike for a couple of days trial and Sean was extremely helpful in setting this up. When I collected the bike Steve tailored the bike to my height etc, and explained how everything worked.Very pleased with the friendly helpful service all round.

Took my ebike here for its annual service. Bike was sorted really quickly, no upselling or unnecessary replacements, plus it's now cleaner than it has ever been. Thanks!
