Being able to sit (as a disabled customer) and to be shown the car on a big screen was a very accessible way of shopping. He also added some info about things I hadn't considered.Dan is amiable, genuine and because of this, we built a good rapport. We were recommended to go to Gravells in Hereford - a considerable distance from our home - for great service. The advice was sound. We were very pleased with the attention we received when we acquired the vehicle, and indeed since, for a couple of queries we had.

I have now had my EV6 GT for two months and I absolutely love it! The service I received from Gravells Kia in Hereford was second to none. I called in completely on spec and Daniel the salesman arranged a test drive for me straightaway. Although it was an Air model, I was most impressed and when I returned,I put my order in for a GT there and then. Daniel found a GT in my chosen colour of white in stock and within two weeks I had traded in my Cupra Leon Hybrid and was drivimg away in my new EV6. The whole experience was a pure joy and I cannot recommend Kia. Gravells and Daniel Derrick highly enough!
