Attending the MMA classes at this club has been a fantastic experience. Not only have I improved my fitness level, but I've also learned valuable self-defense skills. The instructors are friendly and experienced, making the classes fun and informative.

Great experience overall so far,With a even greater sensei knowing what we need and help help us to achieve it with good communication, which is also what I have with other members of the class who have become like a family all becoming healthier and more disciplined in a mix of martial arts over a short time!!Great class!!

A great starter for children. What impressed me most is how eager my kids were to go to class each week and this is a testament to the great work done the sensei. Above all the kids had lots of fun and it has done wonders for their confidence. I have recommended Al Qawi to many of my friends and family.

My younger sister has attended many of the Al Qawi self defence classes. She felt nervous upon entering but within minutes, Sansei Arif made her feel at ease. With the help of Sensei Arif she made friends and comfortably learnt self defence skills within her skill set, leaving the lessons happy and excited for the ones to come.I highly recommend :)

Amazing place, kids go there for martial arts every week. It hard to find qualified places nowadays, they are affordable and have girls only martial arts classes too. Location is just not on high street but then not too far.
