Had my new Duster Extreme a week now. Can not fault it & so glad I went for the Cedar Green colour. Glenn Cass dealt with my order at the end of May & was told I might not get it until Nov/Dec. Glenn emailed me very fortnight, providing an update on the status of the build/delivery & with each email the delivery date was getting closer & closer. Can not fault the service of Glenn. He was friendly, polite & very professional. I have had a few new cars from various dealers & I can honesty say Glenn provided the best Customer Service ever. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

We came in with a two week old baby, who we couldn’t fit in our current car. Daniel Jones managed to find a way to give us the car that you had on order for your show room and told us we’d have it within six weeks.This became delayed (through no fault of yourself) and Daniel went above and beyond with his communication, keeping us in the loop.He then, lent us your showroom car, knowing we had four children who we could not fit in our current car over the summer holidays. You did not have to do this, and it saved us. We would have had to cancel a holiday, and would have been stuck at home, all day long.Our car is still technically on order I believe, but he found another one with the same spec and arranged for us to have it, and delivered it to our house!I never review anyone, but we were astounded by the fantastic service of Dan, and cannot thank him enough!
