Training for Life
I attended the Mental Health First Aid training recently and felt that the training was delivered in a way that was very interactive and stimulating. The trainer was very friendly and considerate of everyone's emotions due to some of the content being quite heavy. Overall, the training was very knowledgeable and I will take forward what I have learnt confidently.
