Wouldn’t go anywhere else! I have been coming to Exhale for the last 2 years. Syra is amazing at lashes, I’ve had both LVL and extensions done. Ella has been doing my regular BIAB nails and they’ve never looked better! The attention to detail is unmatched. Sarah has been customising facials to my skin type and I’ve seen the world of difference. Kristen has given me the most amazing massages, so relaxing and works on my problem areas. The salon itself is beautifully decorated and always immaculate. It is sad to see negative reviews when you can see how much the salon does to rectify any issues should they arise and the girls are always so accommodating.

Booked in for a facial - have always been reluctant to try new facials as I’m prone to breakouts quite easily. The colleague let me know exactly what each treatment was and which would suit me best. The shop itself is extremely clean, staff are very friendly and overall atmosphere is very relaxing. Will certainly be booking in again soon.

Really disappointed my eyelashes were ruined after LVL lift. Over curled and processed, they curl down and into my eyelids, making them look shorter and it is near impossible to put eye make up on behind. One set of lashes are curled more and a bit crooked so both eyes look different. Salon did try to fix them the following day after I raised the issue and provided a refund but unfortunately I can’t do anything but wait many weeks for them to grow out. The lady who tried to fix them may be more experienced than who did mine but I have had this elsewhere in Didsbury with a much better experience and result..

Struggling with CRPS ( continuous back and hip pain 24/7) the Swedish massage has been a dream to ease the pain! Both Kristen and Isabel have magic hands , definitely will keep going to get more massages !

I booked a gel manicure and a deluxe pedicure with Kristen. The place wasn't clean at all and the service was truly disappointing.Kristen looked like she didn't want to be there and she was rushing throughout the process even though it wasn't busy in the salon.She did an awful job at shaping my nails (they turned out uneven and crooked), she didn't clean cuticles properly, she applied the gel 2mm away from my cuticle so the nails looked grown out at the end. They also chipped after 4 days.I wouldn't recommend this place, please avoid...

The experience I recieved was amazing!I am definitely going to be returning I was really pleased. I have had previous facials in the past but the one I had today was exceptional.I was greeted in a professional manner and Saira looked after me. She is wonderful!I would definitely recommend getting booked in.

Excellent customer service, you always walk out feeling like a celebrity. Kirsten has magic hands! Her treatments are amazing and she has the calming personality to go with it!
