Chris performed a perfect service and was really informative and friendly throughout (and also covid safe!)My piano wasn't in the best of condition and Chris went through all the options and possible repairs he could do so I could decide on the plan. Spent many an hour and now the piano is in a better condition than I'm sure it has been in decades.Would recommend without any reservation!

Quite simply : I cannot recommend Chris' services enough.We were looking to buy a piano as my daughter has outgrown her first and is working towards her Grade 6. This was quite a daunting task as I know very little about pianos but know you can spend a small fortune in the process.I'm really grateful that Chris was advertising a piano for sale online (GumTree) at the time. Early on it was clear that Chris is a totally genuine guy, expertly skilled in his trade and took all of the stress out of this purchase. He spent a long time taking videos to demonstrate the piano's abilities and aesthetics before our purchase and really put our mind to rest.He came to deliver the piano in person which was totally hassle free, taking away the old one in the process, and then returned to tune up the piano a couple of weeks later once it had settled.We are all so glad that we found Chris when we did and now have a really great concert-pitch piano at a really reasonable price which will see us through gradings for years to come. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him - and thanks again Chris!

A very professional, prompt and expert service from Chris at Fine Tune. Despite my piano's age, and a previous dodgy repair he did a marvellous job, and we were all impressed.

Chris did a fantastic job moving a piano from Cardiff to Liverpool for me and removing the old one. He arranged it very quickly from when I asked and did a brilliant job - including impressing my grandmother when he collected the piano. I would definitely recommend his services!
