Mr Sanjeev Agarwal is a very professional surgeon. He explained everything to me and the replacement of my knee was carried out at Spire cardiff. The nursing staff were excultant. The scar is hardly visible after 4 weeks. I would recommend Mr Agawal to all my family and friends should they require any surgery.

Had a total knee replacement with Mr Agarwal and the treatment I received from consultation to post surgery was fantastic. Mr Agarwal explained procedure in terms I understood and the care from him and his team was outstanding. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and was referred to Dr Agarwal for a replacement knee joint due to permanent damage . In the consultation before the operation, Dr Agarwal was very informative of the process of replacement, recovery time, what to expect after rehab and any other queries I had. I was very confident that it was the correct decision to make. The operation went exactly to plan and Dr Agarwal made sure to check up on me multiple times throughout my few days in recovery. The staff during my recovery were fantastic, giving great care and helping me get back on my feet. I had weekly physio and consultant appointments following the surgery for 2 months. My mobility is now better than I could have predicted. I'm very grateful to Dr Agarwal and Spire for the great care I received.

Dr Sanjeev Agarwal took time to telephone me directly and personally at home in an evening to discuss my needs and concerns regarding private surgery.Dr Agarwal was very patient, incredibly knowledgeable and covered every single point at a pace that I understood.On arrival at the Spire hospital for a pre operation appointment, again very prompt, and fully discussed all aspects of the process in a manner I understood.On the day of surgery, again met with me to again cover all points and go through the process, incredibly thorough, and at a pace I understood.Post surgery, Dr Agarwal met with me personally each day of my stay in hospital checking everything was as it should be. Addressing any concerns in depth.A few weeks after surgery again during evening a video appointment to check on progress.Dr Agarwal, is a very kind, softly spoken man who at every stage put me completely at ease, an extremely confident and experienced surgeon, I am so glad I put my trust in him.

Mr Agarwal and his staff are by far the best when it comes to knowledge, treatment plans and aftercare for knee conditions. I had suffered with knee pain and dislocations for an extended period of time, and had undergone a few different surgeries with varying degrees of success. Upon meeting Mr Agarwal, I felt immediately at ease. His experience in the field, alongside side his flexibility regarding treatment dates meant that I was able to successfully recover from surgery with the minimum disruption to my work schedule. The aftercare offered was excellent, and I would thoroughly recommend him and his team to anyone suffering knee or hip pain.

I cannot recommend Mr Agarwal more highly, I had a total hip replacement at the beginning of the year. I was treated with complete professionalism and compassion. He even replied to any emails personally and I felt he was accessible and supportive from the first consultation to the end result. I was in considerable pain prior to my operation, I am now pain free and it has been an amazing recovery. Mr Agarwal is an extremely talented surgeon and I have total confidence his expertise, he has given me back a pain free life.

I had a full hip replacement with Me Agarwal back in May 2017 and can honestly say that after two years of pain and limited mobility it was a massive relief to eventually have the bad hip replaced. I had done a lot of research and Mr Agarwal was one surgeon that kept being mentioned, and I wasn't disappointed. Also after care and physiotherapy at the spire hospital Cardiff was very impressive. I had two nights in hospital and felt slightly uncomfortable for about 3 days in total.I was off my crutches after two weeks and I can even fit in the odd run.
