Polar Palace Play and Party Centre

Rip off, why I have to pay to enter when I literally sit on a chair in the building, is a disgrace! And then 3.95 for a bowl of chips, it's not like a pub it's a little kids play thing, I paid 17 pound for a 10 and an 8 year old to run round for half an hour, it's an absolute robbery. Might aswell go the pub get a meal it would be cheaper, jelly beans is bigger, better, cheaper, explain that one?

My 3 children always love to come and play never had a wait time. Very friendly staff. Lovely selection of food and drinks both hot and cold.

The place is dark & cold, me & my 15 month old daughter both had to put our coats on after 5 minutes. The under 2 section is tired looking & not much for them to do. If you want to take your kids somewhere good travel to Just Kidding in Holmes Chapel. Cheaper, adults are free & much much better.

Myself and my partner booked in for a 2pm Friday visit with our 8 month old and we were so disappointed with the whole experience. The soft play was dirty, crumbs and bits everywhere and the toys were either broken or damaged. There was a smell that was somewhere between damp and feet. I understand that these things get a hammering but there’s definitely no practice of continuous provision going on there. The lighting was very dim and the tables and chairs crammed in. Staff members were all behind the counter and seemed uninterested in actively checking around the tables and the play areas. Big kids were diving into the under 2s play area and nothing was done by staff. My baby was unstimulated and I felt sorry for her sat amongst a dirty play area. We left after fifteen minutes and we will not be coming back. Owners need to seriously sort that place out. There’s no excuses when it comes to the safety and well-being of children.

Too many table and chairs so you can't move kids banging in 5o them to get to there parents, not a great or a big area for under 2 and the rest is of it is mot much two go karts in a dark area.Not Recommend for the money they charge.

Been here a few times with my 1 year old, soft play is great but the toy area definitely needs some work, ripped books, toys missing parts, hardly any dressing up clothes.

Polar Palace is a great place to take your kids Climbing frames, giant slide, ball pits and under 5's play area. There are also go carts that are £1 a go. Hot and cold food and drinks available

Not a great place as such. If seems they have a lot of space and facility but in reality it is not that big. The under 3, 5 should be separated but in reality everyone were mixed. Great staff though and really pleasant and nice.
