I can't commend Roundhouse highly enough for their after sales support and assistance. I damaged a piston rod fitting the crosshead union and combination links, it was completely my fault, but Harri and the staff at Roundhouse sorted it out for me. Thank you so much, it really meant a lot to me having my loco returned in working order!

Have a very early version of the Fowler, and it has performed very well over the years I have run it, and at times it has been worked hard. I have always been able to get advice and (rarely) spares to keep it running properly.

Got a Bertie two weeks ago runs very well. Last week we fitted radio control but it was difficult because their were no colour diagrams. It could be very useful if their was a video on fitting RC in basic series locos

I have been a customer of Roundhouse Engineering for nearly 20 years. I have purchased ready-to-run locomotive chassis as well as individual parts and assemblies. I have scratchbuilt four locomotives (I own three of them)using their components and have found their products to be of absolutely the highest quality as well as being extremely robust. There is a saying in the live steam hobby that a locomotive Runs like a Roundhouse" meaning that it is a smooth and powerful runner with minimal maintenance requirements.All of my locomotives are scratchbuilt American prototypes and three contain Roundhouse core components such as cylinders
