My toddler loves going to nursery. She's free to be herself in a environment that loves and supports her. At home we take a approach that's inclusive and validating of her feelings and this is visible at bright stars too. The staff are friendly and approachable and so understanding of the children's and parents needs it's hard to trust other people to look after your children but bright stars shine brighter for us ⭐

My 3 year old has been going since he was 11 months and I now send my 1 year old as well. I would always recommend this nursery, the staff are amazing both my children come home happy, cared for and my oldest always talks about the amazing things he has done. The reason I chose this nursery is it felt like a home not a just a boring building to place a child, it is so cared for and looked after. The range of activities my children have both done has supported their development and they learn so much every day. It makes me so happy as a parent who has to go to work to leave them somewhere I know the staff care and look after them so well.Every single one of the workers and owners have always been so supportive, they are amazing

My daughter has been going to this nursery since she was 9 months old and she is now 4. I will be sad when she leaves Bright Stars in Sept 2022 to go to school. I can't praise them enough, they're a professional, caring and proactive childcare setting. You feel like an extended member of their family and you know they genuinely care about each and every one of the children that attend.My daughter is always excited to tell me about her day and the staff always take the time out to tell me what she's been talking about and ask questions about her home life.My daughter has got used to a range of quality food at Bright Stars and they change their menus weekly and have a great variety of food for the children to try.My daughter has been through each stage with Bright Stars, from the baby room to the toddler room and onto the preschool room and has loved every minute of her time there. As a family we have been through so personal issues and Bright Stars have always been consistent for her and I couldn't thank them enough for their support.If I had more children I would pay the extra for them to attend Bright Stars because they're an impeccable service.

My daughters been attending for around a year now for 1 day a week, having started during covid and not being able to attend the settling sessions with her, I was surprised at how she settled almost instantly. The staff in the baby room and then in the toddler room have always been very friendly and seem we'll qualified. I was impressed at how they took to using our cloth nappies and always felt she was changed regularly and feel like when we started potty training the staff were really helpful. We love how homely the baby and toddler rooms are and love that they do lots of outdoor play as well as free play and messy play. I also like that they use British sign language with the babies and toddlers which we use at home. Id recomend the nursery to anyone as we've been really impressed and are very happy with the choice to send our daughter here. She loves attending.

Bright stars childcare is the most impressive, professional, caring and well run business in the area if not the country. My eldest Daughter attended pre-school and absolutely thrived and now my Son attends and absolutely adores his time there! It is the only place I feel gives me absolute satisfaction that my Son is cared for and educated to the highest level. I would 100% recommend Bright stars to absolutely anybody. You are a credit to all children who pass through your doors and a credit to the community. Thank you.

What a fabulous family run nursery! My daughter attended from being 10 months old until a week before she started Primary School. From the Baby Room, through the Toddler Room and then into the Pre-school room she was safe, comfortable, well looked after and extremely happy! She made some very close connections with some of the staff and she still talks about them now 2 years on! The staff take great pride in the rooms, outdoor spaces and daily activities. My daughter spent a lot of time outside in all weathers exploring their forest schools area and playing fun games with the other children and staff. I was updated daily about my daughters day with photos and in depth descriptions of what they’d been up to via the Baby Days app. My daughter started big school able to count, write her name, recognise letters of the alphabet, an interest in reading and with great social and emotional skills.

I have since sent my son to Bright Stars. He also started in the Baby Room and moved through each room recently starting in the Pre-school room.My son is a totally different character to my daughter and is a touch behind his peers. His speech problem was picked up by Toddler room staff and the Pre-school staff have been incredibly helpful with his toilet training. I leave my son each morning knowing he is going to be well looked after and come home well fed, tired out from playing all day and happy. Thanks to all the staff, you’ve provided a home from home experience for both my children and I couldn’t ask for more.

When looking for a nursery for my little boy there was never a question or doubt to where he would go. My little boy was a lock down baby and when he stared at 10 months old he would cry at anyone who would speak to him, he had never been left with anyone and hadn't had the chance to socialize at baby groups or even see strangers in shops. Now at 21 months and a year at Bright Stars he has grown into such a confident and happy little boy and that is down to the work of the amazing staff at Bright Stars. The staff are very supportive and honest, they would tell me if he had struggled or had a hard day which was very important to me. They helped me and my little boy get used to separation and the fact he settled so quickly was down to the staffs caring and welcoming nature. Bright stars is definitely a home from home and the staff have become an extension of our family. The staff are all highly qualified and experienced and always happy to offer help and support, my little boy gets excited when we talk about the staff at nursery and looks forward to going to see them. Nutrition has always be important to me and I wanted my little boy to try a wide range of foods to build healthy habits and have a positive attitude to food, The food is amazing at Bright Stars, my little boy has always had a big appetite and has always been offered seconds if not thirds on his meals when he wanted but equally is never pressured to eat more than he wants. I get photos daily of the activities my little boy has been doing and the learning and happiness is always clear to see which make leaving him so much easier. Brights Stars approach to educate was what attracted me to the nursery as my little boy is given time and space to explore and learn at his own pace with amazing resources and facilities through the best way possible, play, making everyday fun and magical for him. I felt my little boy had missed out on so many experiences during lockdown Bright Stars has definitely help make up for this with so many fun and magical experiences. We look forward to our days at Bright Stars and couldn't recommend the nursery more.

My 4 year old daughter just left Bright Stars to start school having been there since she was 8 months old. We have been nothing but impressed and grateful at everything this home from home has to offer. The staff are amazing and invest so much into everything they do. The facilities are beautiful and the quality of provision is second to none. My daughter loved every second and when we had our second baby there was no hesitation about where we would send her. Second time round at Bright Stars is proving to be just as amazing as the first.

Choosing brightstars for our little boy was one of the best decisions we ever made, since attending brightstars our sons speech and language development and his confidence has come on leaps and bounds, he is always excited to go and loves to play with the other children and has developed great bonds with the staff, equally he loves to tell me all about his afternoon antics.I couldn't praise brightstars enough, its like a second home for our son, absolute god send. Would highly recommend.
