Amazing service from a local company!I enquired about having 2 exhaust tips lengthened by welding on a reducer section to fit my exhaust (to undo my mistake!) ACE replied almost straight away via Facebook with helpful advice and a price. 2 days later the job was done! Amazing quality welding at an affordable price and a rally nice guy to talk to. And they look great on the car.... 100% would recommend.

Great job done by Dan at a very reasonable price.Had a leaking downpipe at the flexi on my car. Dan removed the downpipe, created a jig for it to sit in (so as to hold position of downpipe when leaking flexi cut out). He then cut out old flexi and welded in a new one using his jig to maintain correct shape of downpipe. He then fitted downpipe to car and all good. Highly recommend.

Took a car to Dan today with a broken locking wheel nut that meant the wheel was stuck fast.Other engineers I tried didn't want to touch it.No problem for Dan though. Got the nut off with no damage to the wheel at all. Fantastic job. Thanks Dan.

Put in touch via a family friend to assess & repair a vintage motorcycle petrol tank that had lots of bodged repairs and unknown condition underneath.A very friendly & approachable firm who immediately put me at ease about working on a vintage piece, as Dan understood the attachment & historic importance of repair rather than replacement. His passion for engineering (motorbikes more importantly!) was evident & provided honest feedback throughout the repair with very reasonable price & I would be return customer in an instant.For any classic or vintage vehicle owners, highly recommended.

I had an annoying rattle within my car's backbox. They manage to open it up and find the issue no problem. Their friendly approach to customers is second to non and offer really helpful advice as well as excellent work. I usually am abit hesitant about using a company I've never heard of before but had no hastle at all from the get go

Took my bike into Dan for a repair to the exhaust hanger and damage to the pipe system, place's were either to busy or didn't want to take the job on. It needed a creative fabricator who could see beyond the waste skip to make it good. He had it fettled in a couple of hours. The plus side was he could accommodate me on a Saturday morning and his rates are good

I only needed four bespoke heavy duty steel brackets for a field gate; many engineering firms wouldn't have bothered with such a small order but Dan assured me that ACE has a policy of No job too small". He responded promptly to my request for a quote and suggested a suitable method of achieving what I needed at a very reasonable price. He then produced the goods exactly to the required size in less than a week. The quality of the finished product was excellent and Dan's communication with me throughout cannot be faulted.
