A fabulous display of garden furniture, we looked on line first but thought we needed to sit and get a feel for comfort and see the quality. But no worries there it’s all high end! Diane helped with all our questions & dilemmas was very knowledgeable and had lots of advice. A very easy purchase with stock available more or less immediately, or like us we weren’t quite ready so planned ‘free delivery’ to suit our time frame. Delivery was on time and with a friendly guy happy to help with positioning although we were left it boxed until later. everything comes assembled just the cushions to unwrap and within 15 mins we were sitting with a drink enjoying the view. Great experience would highly recommend.

Good range of conservatory furniture & we bought a suite that wasexcellent. Tried to find other retailers of this type of furniture but could not find any as suitable as JB. Friendly staff and very helpful.Free delivery was another plus point.Would highly recommend this company for anyone buying similar furniture.

Ordered our corner unit set on Friday, arrived on the following Monday and we were using it Monday afternoon.My only complaint was the delivery occurred when I’d hoped for a relaxing day after a very busy weekend, so no complaint at all!We are delighted with the units, found the purchasing process very straightforward and the delivery was great, we would recommend anyone to buy from this excellent company.

Visited this week. Diane was so helpful. She really went the extra mile ensuring we got the best deal, even if it meant not ordering through the store, as the best deal was on line. After i left the store she phoned the manufacturer to see if they would match the deal. She then call me back with an update, which enabled me to shop local and order in store.Excellent customer service. Thank you !Anne

I recently purchased a Bramblecrest Portofino corner sofa set from JB and right from the first contact over the phone to visiting the Newcastle store and then the delivery, the experience was fantastic, especially from Diane Longcon. I'd highly recommend JB furniture and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again (I have my eye on a small set for my summerhouse)!

Bought a Rattan garden suit here, lovers friendly staff and owner, very knowledgeable and helpful. Not the time if year to buy this so they offered to take only a deposit and arrange delivery at my convenience in about 3-4 months after Xmas. Not only that it was then later in their black Friday sale and they reduced it for me to the sale price without me having to ask.So I highly recommend thus shop.
