Terrible service ,Zain promised to help me with a claim I had to make on my property and let me down and then decides that he doesn't want me as customer says it all really as a person thanks for nothing

Friendly staff and excellent service, spoke Shannon and Dean on the phone and they couldn’t do enough for me. Zain was also brilliant and helped me with issues I had with my policy personally, so nice to see a local business that cares about their clients and couldn’t recommend them enough.
