Mr Solar

We already had solar panels under the original FIT scheme and recently a friend had had a large installation installed complete with batteries, we weren't sure if adding a battery to our system would be beneficial but Ian explained in detail - we had another company who basically just said yes you'd benefit! - so having this info we were happy to go ahead, the battery was installed in May and has definitely saved us money but more importantly it has giving us flexibility to use the stored electric in the evenings rather then feeling we have to do everything during the free 'sun' time.

I contacted Mr Solar pv for a quote to install a solar system on my bungalow. The quote was very competitive compared to my other enquiries which prompted me to up my game and go for a storage system which again was very competivly priced.My system was installed on time and I was surprised at just how much work was involved doing all the electrical stuff. Our electrician was first class, being both pleasant and very technically skilled. On completion I noticed how neat and tidy the install was all tucked away in the roof space.All the information I require is on an app on my phone, so I dont need to visit the roof space to see whats happening.I am very happy with my dealings with Mr Solar PV , and more importantly Im confident that their customer service is as good as it should be. Contact was excellent at all times and I felt like I was valued as a customer.Would I use them again? you bet I would.

Recently had my solar panels and battery fitted by Mr Solar. A throughly professional service from start to finish. I’m very happy with the new set up. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of getting solar Panels fitted.

We are five months into our installation and are very impressed with how the system is working for us. The installers were very efficient and went the extra mile yo overcome some minor issues with the solar panel locations on the roof.We are now exporting back to the grid and our energy supplier is now calling us as essentially self sufficient over the summer months and with cheap overnight electricity on our current tariff we should see minimal electricity charges over winter, obviously still having a standing charge but our electric usage will be at the cheap rate charging the batteries overnight for daytime use.Very happy with the support given by Ian at Mr Solar as well.I reckon that my return on investment will be much quicker than that quoted by the company.Good choice to go solar with Mr Solar.

My solar panels, installed by another company were not working and there were complications. From the first phone call, and prompt response, service has been exemplary, with efforts made to resolve the problems as efficiently and economically as possible. Wanted to use a local company for our install and was pleased to find Mr Solar in Gorleston, Ian was very quick to organise a visit, answered all my questions in detail and created two system quotes for our needs. After deciding to go ahead installation was within a very quick time frame , installers were polite, accommodating and did their best for our personal situation, so far pleased with the system and the support offered by Mr Solar, there is a little or lot to learn about these systems depending on your depth of interest and this will be a long term investment with regular contact and support required to modify and maintain with the changing seasons. So far so good, nice to experience good service locally.

We were very pleased with Mr Solar's company. The electricians and roofers were very polite, diligent and tidy. They discussed the work in advance and kept us up to date as they went along. They worked in all weathers to keep the job on time. The equipment was upgraded to a higher spec battery & inverter at no extra cost and the panels were among the highest power and efficiency available. They are a local company and I would recommend them.

We highly recommend using Mr Solar.I had a quote from Ian who was knowledgeable and straightforward with his advice. The quote was reasonable, we decided to use Mr Solar and were not disappointed. The installation went smoothly, with Ken electrician and the lads, panel installers, all doing a fabulous job.We have been generating electricity from our solar panels for approximately five weeks and we are already very pleased with the system.
