The guys over at OpenVoip have been brilliant in getting us set up with our phones and helping us out with the handsets. They've been refreshingly honest and are always there when we need them. Brilliant support team and would highly recommend.

We selected OpenVOIP to provide a 3CX VOIP system, with an IVR switchboard for our foodbank. OpenVOIP were incredible with their support in helping us identify our needs, setting up the system and ensuring regular contact to check it was functioning correctly and meeting our needs.The new telephone switchboard ensures clients we support, and professionals we work with, along with donors and volunteers, can have their calls dealt with much more efficiently. The system works extremely well for our mixed workforce which includes staff and volunteers. Highly recommend OpenVOIP!

Ben, Luke, David & Sam and the rest of the team have been great from the start. Helping us to set up IVR’s across multiple channels. They have helped us grow and streamline our business over the past year. Allowing us to handle and distribute calls more effectively whilst coming away from an analog system with no loss of service. We had loads of quotes from other suppliers like BT etc. But we wanted to stay local. The service has been impeccable. I have contacted Open Voip on several occasions and they are incredibly helpful every time. Most recently I had a complex issue which I was completely at a loss with, Ben and Tom assisted me over several days going above and beyond & Tom seemed to work miracles, working on the issue until it was resolved.
