We had shutters installed a few days ago. From the initial site visit to the completed installation, service was without question. The installers were professional and very keen that the work was to a high standard. I will definitely use AJD again when required.

Recently bought 2 grilles from AJD which I fitted myself with no problems. Their service was very professional , helpful and friendly throughout. The grilles were ready in 11 days from ordering and were loaded into my car by one of the staff. The quality is superb and when fitted easily slide to the sides of the window and 'slam lock' when pushed back together. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

We had sliding grille fitted few months ago. Initially when they arrived they were wrong design to what was agreed. It was a difficult time explaining what was agreed. Had to go through the emails to show what was agreed. After a lot of unreasonable excuses from the owner they finally agreed to do a correct one. We should have taken it as a red flag at the time but decided to go ahead. Second one was fitted just after the lockdown so we could not be around until after it was fitted due to us maintaining social distance. The fitters did a fantastic job with fitting but the design was entirely incorrect and therefore very less secure. They also cover the glass of our door when open, dimensions being of smaller than the expected size. The shutters are now just deterrent rather than adding to security. Contacted the owner but the emails were completely ignored. We paid the bill thinking the issues would be taken care of later. But highly unprofessional owner, no response to the email yet. I will not recommend the cowboys to anyone unless you are willing to spend a lot of time validating the work and following up over the mistakes.
