All three members of staff for NE WasteAway that I had contact with through the process were lovely men who were both professional and warm. They were upfront about how the service would operate and the cost based upon the volume of stuff we needed removing right from the initial inquiry. They were able to arrange a next-day appointment when I called the following day to sort out the pickup. I was texted when the lifters were on their way, and they arrived on time. The lads who disposed of our stuff were both nice guys who got straight on with it. When they were done they made sure to reiterate the terms and confirm we were okay with the price. We would like to thank these workers for their great service as this has been a difficult time for us, and they eased a lot of trouble and worry.

I had the hard job of clearing my mother's flat with various pieces of furniture after she recently passed away. All staff have been so kind and helpful which made my task so much easier to cope with. Nothing was a problem. Excellent service. I would definitely recommend NE WasteAway. It will be my first choice to use the company again.

The company was professional fro the start. They responded very quickly to my enquiry and all.was arranged within about 30 minutes. 3 hours later they were collecting my furniture. The team that turned up were friendly and efficient. The price was reasonable too. I would definitely use the company again and recommend them to others.

Got a quote over the phone and then arranged a date for them to come and look at the work that needed doing to give me a proper quote. They offered a very fair price, but I thought it was great that they gave me the option to still say no to the quote once they were there. Got the work done really quickly and they cleaned up the mess that was left over. Would definitely use them again.

Excellent & efficient work - they were booked for 10am on a Tuesday but phoned at 8.40 that morning to say they'd like to be a bit earlier so I gladly agreed on 9.30 & they arrived at 9.25.They're ideal if your parking area doesn't suit having a skip all day because they bring a big cage on the loading part of their wagon & just need to park that as close as possible for the short time they're with you (in my case they parked a couple of houses away & loaded everything in half an hour).

The service I have received from NE WasteAway Ltd has been excellent in the house clearance I arranged with the Company.From my 1st telephone contact with Mark on 22.11 and subsequent calls up to the house clearance yesterday 24.11 he went out of his way to explain all aspects of the process.Yesterday the clearance went very smoothly with the 2 agents arriving at the agreed time and completing all aspects of the work in a very professional manner.I can fully recommend this company.

I have to say that Ethan and Andy were excellent! They arrived when they said they would and took everything away in quick time. They even did a sweep up of the drive afterwords!! Brilliant and definitely recommend!
