Design Scaffolding

Really weird men driving the van! Pulled right along next to me as I was waiting at the bus stop and shouted something at me which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. It was 2 young men and the registration was pl67dsl

Just had Design do the scaffolding on a new block of flats. Only scaffolding company to turn up to survey the site and quote on time and complete works to perfection. Thank You

Ended up that I didnt need the scaffolding but giving 5 stars as I had a call back the following morning of my 5pm call and Lee was around to give me an estimate.

Blocked the road for an hour. Builders didn’t know where they were.”wish I knew “Arrived back from lunch break apparently from 12 - 1 pm .When questioned why they blocked the road “ you don’t own the road “ “ we don’t have to tell you when we are starting work” “ ask the garage owner at the end of the road to grow a pair if he wants to talk to me about the inconvenience for his business” “ We will be gone by 4 when I finish work “Elderly people were unable to turn round or work out how to get through another way/ carers inconvenienced had to park elsewhere / biker rode up on pavement/ other cars and delivery vans had to turn around.Other scaffolders using this road have done so with courtesy and awareness that they are blocking the highway. This is the only company to use it as a parking lot.

Had Lee and his scaffolders from Design Scaffolding do me a tricky platform on some stairs...Put it up super quickly and took it down as soon as I said I was finished with it. Really helpful and fast service. Will use again. Thanks!!

They block off entire roads annoying local residents. Sat in the cab using the car horn to harass women passing by. Avoid.

In construction you need things done on time, as agreed and work with all other engineers and site managers to get the job done well. I have used Design now for 15 years and not once have i been let down. From helping us out with scaffolding for house extensions to office blocks or industrial units you do a great job.

Very prompt response to my query for a small domestic project, with a very reasonable quote. Arrived the day and time as promised both to erect and dismantle. Recommended.

If their driving is any indicator of the quality of their work then steer clear. On multiple occasions I have witnessed the selfish, inconsiderate driving from their workers. If you have liveried vans please remember you are representing your company and stop driving like idiots.

Fantastic service from Design Scaffolding! We had to have scaffolding erected to the rear of our terraced house, to give access for works to the gable end fascias. Design Scaffolding were quick to respond to me with a quote, with a very competitive price. The scaffolders we met were friendly and accommodating, and the scaffolding itself was of excellent quality and exactly what we needed.
