Jack has been an absolute pleasure to work with. From the start of our planning has been supportive and welcoming of our ideas.With a group tour of 33 we were worried about high prices but he managed to get us the best deal we have had on tour in the past 4 years.Jack organised our accommodation, transfers, flights, hockey games and much more before we arrived in Budapest. This meant we had a very relaxed lead up to the trip and we were confident that everything would go to plan.Whilst on tour he was available for 24 hour constant support which was very useful. Jack had prepared us so well we did not need much help when we were over in Budapest but it was great to know we could get in touch if needed. Jack made sure to check up on us after every excursions to make sure that everything went to plan and if not, was there feedback that could be used for future groups.We cannot thank Jack enough for all of his help since the beginning of September. I would reccommend Jack and ‘The Rugby Man’ to any group of people who are looking to go away on a sporting tour with their schools / universities - we hd a great time and made some amazing memories.

The rugby man managed to overcome adversity to still get it a fantastic tour to Scotland. After ferry crossing were closed it was looking like our first tour in 12 years was over. But the rugby man managed to acquire accommodation and organise travel to both Scotland and our match. Organised in days.Big thanks to the team for making the tour happen

The Rugby Man was very professional throughout the process of booking our tour for the Reading University Football Team. Unfortunately we had to cancel due to a lack of numbers. However we will look to book a tour with him again when the circumstances are better. Would highly recommend for group tours, Jack keeps you up to date with whats going on and also tries to find you the best deals possible from previous experience. Great to work with!

I've been involved with a number of our university rugby clubs (both Women's & College) tours to Budapest, Albufeira & Prague and Jack has perfectly orchestrated these. With a very personalised, friendly service and always on hand to help out with any questions (no matter how stupid!) we all felt very comfortable and in safe hands with Jack. Even when the tour to Albufeira fell through due to Covid-19, Jack - unlike many other travel companies during this time - was excellent at communicating the options to us and helping us organise refunds. I and my affiliated clubs are very much looking forward to using him in the future and I would definitely recommend using him for your next tour.

University of Nottingham Rugby Tour to Budapest was made so smooth by Jack’s great service and constant support throughout the journey. From the start, Jack was clearly working for our group and what we wanted from sports tour creating an individualised experience for our team. Contact was frequent throughout and it is clear that Jack has lots of experience working with large groups, with an answer to every question and solution to any issues. Even whilst away, there was option for contact which made us feel safe with 24/7 support and checking in to confirm fixtures ran well etc. They provided us with tour t-shirts which were loved by the group and give us a lasting memory of the trip! As a group, we cannot thank Jack enough for the support in organising our first sports tour and will 100% be using his service again alongside recommending to all other sports club (not just for rugby!!)
