Called Graham as my phone cable had been severed. Luckily he was able to come out at very short notice. He was quick, efficient and very pleasant. If ever you have a problem with phone or broadband I would highly recommend this man , I am very pleased.

Excellent service provided by Graham, Put in a new phone line, and ethernet cable for us. Very prompt, knowledgeable and friendly service, my 4 year old followed him round all afternoon watching his every move, and he was brilliant with her. She even did him a drawing to take home to show his children! Cant recommend TSW enough, great value too. Thanks again Graham, keep up the good work

In spite of several BT visits to sort out problems with broadband Graham solved the issues we were experiencing very quickly. As a result we now have a much more efficient broadband. Would highly recommend Graham.

I admit it, I'm not easy to please. I run an online business and depend on a good internet connection for my living. I have struggled with a failing service for literally years and despite appeals to my ISP (BT), several BT engineer visits and hours on hold, it still didn't work properly. Yesterday morning I phoned Graham who arrived about 3pm. He worked some kind of 'telecoms magic' and suddenly I've got the fastest and most stable internet service I've ever had. He is a smashing bloke, his charges are extremely reasonable and his service is outstanding - yes, I'm a fan. Even his dog is lovely! Book him with confidence.

Really thankful for a great service after my carpet fitters had accidentally removed too much of my ADSL cable! Within a couple of hours Graham was there and fitted new cabling, tested my link and sorted the phone line out too, which hadn’t been working in a while. Would contact him again if there was ever a need!! Highly recommended.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We live in an upstairs flat on three different levels, with a dog-leg bend halfway along the hall and which had awful old phone wiring and boxes intruding in several locations. Graham simplified everything with a minimal amount of smart new kit and a short section of new and very discreet wiring, so we had excellent wifi everywhere - even to the bottom of the garden - and could rip out all the old rubbish, all with no fuss and for a reasonable price. Excellent service.

Graham responded to my call on the same day and quite late in the day. as the problem was on my 94year old mothers phone this was a great response. He arrived as he had said , fixed the fault in a professional and efficient manner. I was most impressed and would recommend him to any of my friends and the price was reasonable.
