Such a lovely experience when going to BE Ironbridge. Everyone is so friendly and it’s such a fantastic salon and has such a great environment. Katie is the best hairdresser!! She was the first to put any dye on my hair and she did an incredible job. I also get my nails done by Kerry at BE Ironbridge, the best nail tech out there!!

I came up from Surrey with my partner to attend his mums wedding. I found you on google & booked a blow dry online. I have never been up that way before so had no clue where to go.I had Reece who was absolutely brilliant. He managed to fit me in earlier than my appointment time. He was friendly and chatty and I had a great experience. He curled my hair and it looked amazing. Honestly this was one of the best blow drys I have ever had in my life. My hair looked amazing and I felt like a million dollars. He is an extremely talented hair stylist. Reece is an absolute asset to this business.When we visit again I will book again. This salon is quirky and different. The staff are friendly and seem to love their jobs. Its a great atmosphere. I hope Reece is still there when we come back.

I had such a great experience at BE, the staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for me. The salon has such a lovely atmosphere and I was so pleased with my service. After not having my hair touched for a year I was nervous about the outcome but I couldn’t of been happier and my stylist Kate, did such a fantastic job! Definitely recommend :)

I had a fantastic Spa hair treatment, blow dry and style with Katie and Rihanna, they made me so comfortable as soon as I walked through the door, it was such a relaxing experience and my curls held all night! I will be back soon!

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!Booked myself for a colour service and haircut as I had a really big event coming up. Also had to book time off work which is almost impossible at this time of the year.They emailed me less than 24 hours before saying that I haven’t had a patch test and had to ring them to sort it. When I rang they said that they have to cancel and will take 50% (£80) off me for cancelling less than 48 hours which wasn’t initiated by me and they were the ones forcing me to cancel. I asked that I could come in now to get it done and that they didn’t contact me about it like all salons do to which I got very rude response that it isn’t their responsibility and they lost money because of me.This place just cares about how to make money off you and not about providing the best service. Never experienced such rudeness from any place where all they could talk about on the phone to me was how much money they were losing. Ridiculous!

Just had my first hair appointment with Erin, who is amazing! She really listened to what I was after and gave great advice in regards of maintenance and hair care. It’s been a long time since I’ve had my hair done and I’m really happy with how it’s turned out! All the staff are lovely also and make sure you’re looked after during your visit, definitely recommend and will be back again ✨

I love this hair salon, the nod to its past and the history of the building is beautiful.. The team are friendly and Erin who does my hair is fab, popped in today, the brief was I have no idea but want a colour and tidy up. Gave Erin nothing to work from, but came out a very happy lady. The colour suits me the weight has been lifted so no longer just hangs. I have full trust in this lovely lady now. Thank you Erin and all the team there
