Cannot praise Sarah enough, she went above and beyond to secure our order for us where our local garden centre that we use extensively could not.First class throughout and an amazing shop with quirky items, can't wait to visit again, just wish we lived closer to the shop.

I was looking to replace the canopy on my Hartmann pergola, however the exact replacement was no longer available. Having contacted Hartmann they pointed me in the direction of Sarah at Pits, Pots & Patios. Right from the first contact Sarah was unbelievably helpful. Following a number of calls and emails with lots of pictures, we thought we'd found a solution. However I live some +80 miles away. Unperturbed Sarah made the journey to me with the possible solution and various required ancillaries, not knowing if it was going to be a wasted journey.Thankfully, between us we managed to get the new canopy fitted and working.Based on the above I'd like to have given 6*, which I'm sure most people would agree with.Thank you for a great job and unbelievable service.

Have ordered/shopped both remotely via the website and within the showroom. Sarah is both knowledgeable and extremely helpful. If you want something and can't see it she will also try to source it for you. Her customer service is outstanding and is a prime example of why buying local is so much more satisfying. Will definitely be returning for more furniture, cards and gifts in the future.

Excellent service, Garden furniture was only ordered on Tuesday, came into stock today(Sunday) and it has already been delivered. We were update throughout the process and even given a delivery time. Such a lovely company to deal with, very friendly and helpful with great product advice. Thank you for the great, personal service

I found a fabulous new Cantilever Hartman Parasol on this website as our old one broke last year. Sarah was extremely helpful in advising that they were soon to be in stock and we decided to order one. Sarah kept us informed and when it was in delivered it all the way to Horsham, West Sussex . It is now up and looking super. Thank you so much for a fantastic delivery and shopping experience.

Always very competitive prices. Ordered some garden furniture but due to supplier's errors some components were not correct. Sarah went out of here way making a special delivery to my house of the defective parts within one day of raising the problem with her. If only all customer service was as exemplary as Sarah's. Do not hesitate to buy here you will get the best customer service at a great price.

Sarah has a fabulous shop full of beautiful, quality things. I always find something different. Great for home interiors, garden and presents for family and friends. A hidden gem. The best knowledgeable, friendly service. Nothing is too much trouble.

I was recommended Pits Pots and Patios by a friend. I called into the Blackminster Business Park to have a look at some garden furniture that I needed for a holiday let.I found Sarah to be very help and extremely well informed. She answered all my questions regarding the durability. Having listened to my requirements, Sarah recommended a garden set with some cushions which was just perfect and at a very competitive price.The showroom is well stocked and beautifully presented. Would highly recommend a visit.
