Big Green Egg Private Cooking Class with JulieJulie is just fantastic and I can't recommend her highly enough! From our initial discussions of what to cook on the day, through to the explanation of the ingredient list and what we needed to do the day before the cook (marinading) to the day itself, Julie couldn't have been more helpful, informative, encouraging, friendly or all-round delightful! We cooked a great range of dishes with different ingredients and in different cooking styles. I had lost confidence with my Big Green Egg having not used it for over two years, but Julie has helped me get back in the groove and I am excited for future cooks. Julie is very patient and clear in all of her instructions and seemingly has in-depth knowledge to answer all possible questions. She is also just great company and a lovely person to have in your home all day. I can't wait to start replicating some of what we cooked (especially the focaccia and chicken tikka) and taking it forwards from there. Thank you, Julie!

Nic came to our place to install a Big4Space with a new large egg. I was surprised how sturdy the Big4 Space unit is. It is an extremely well engineered product. I was a bit concerned that by not choosing the far more expensive Vlaze units offered, that there may be a compromise on quality. My concerns were very soon dismissed once assembly took place. I'm super happy with the product and extremely impressed with the service which Nic prouds himself over. Communication from start to finish was spot on. He even kindly replaced the gasket on one of my older eggs. A job which I had been dreading and kept putting off. He did make it look so simple. Thank you Nic. Great product and Fantastic job!

I booked Nic to service my XL BGE, it had been leaking smoke and struggled to hold temps. Nic quickly identified the issue:. I had a warped dome, which is very rare. BGE were amazing and replaced the dome next day, the lifetime warranty means that exactly. Nic came back to install the new dome and made sure the setup was running. I've fallen in love with my BGE all over again. Highly recommend Nic & BGE

I ordered 13 rotisserie and couldn't wait for it to arrive. I have one for the large green egg but couldn't find one here in the states for my mini max. UK I went and finally received it. Using it tonight and know it will be awesome. Shipping to me
