I visited Alex John Jeweller's on Tuesday 13Th April to make a special purchase and was served by Alex and Sarah-Jayne.Alex explained all the details of the pendant I purchased, I am over the moon with my purchase and would highly recommend Alex John's Jewellers .A huge thank you to Alex & Sarah-Jayne.

This is my favourite jewellery shop. I get everything I need here and the service is friendly and wonderful.All I do is send an Ista note to the shop with what I am looking for and they send me pictures that match my search. They never fail to disappoint my high end needs! I have purchased several items and they all arrive very quickly. Highly recommended 5*

Excellent service, I purchased a vintage watch online from Alex and when it arrived there was a small problem with the winding crown, I rang Alex and he couldn’t have been more helpfull, i sent the watch back and his watchmaker ordered the genuine part and replaced it, Alex kept me informed during the process and made sure it was back in plenty of time for my daughters birthday. The watch was beautiful,the photos didn’t do it justice. 100 percent recommend. It’s only when something like this happens you know how good a seller really is and Alex went above and beyond

For choice and sheer value this jeweller rates, perhaps, the best in town for my money. Staff are patient and nothing is too much trouble. I'm delighted with the silverware I've acquired in this store and recommend.
