Neil came to us at Grantley Hall to give us The Jewellery Experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole thing, Neil guided us, asked questions, listened, and made it a magical day.After we had chosen our piece it was no trouble to him to take it for resizing, travel across the country to deliver it, and while he was at it he also had an existing piece of jewellery repaired for us.We would highly recommend Neil and team, and would have no hesitation in using again.

After initially looking online for an engagement ring due to the restrictions of the pandemic, I decided that I wanted to see and get a feel for what a sapphire ring would be like. I tried N.J. Geddes on the off chance I would be able to see a ring in the flesh. Within 5 minutes of entering the boutique my partners dream of the perfect ring was becoming a reality due to Neil's approachable nature and manner.He invited me back to share my ideas and to discuss some designs. He spent valuable time to educate me about the importance of sourcing the stones sustainably and about his journey as a bespoke jeweller. I was fascinated by the depth of his knowledge but also how tirelessly he worked to provide such quality love stories for other people. He went above and beyond, even delaying me for a short period of time whilst he sourced a better quality sapphire from Sri Lanka.He helped me with my love story, when my partner said 'yes' little under 2 months ago. It was a stone with so much depth to it's story and so much passion injected in to it. I am and will be forever grateful for his work and would encourage anyone who is considering any type of jewellery for any occasion to stop by and just ask a simple question.

Prior to visiting the lovely Neil at his shop in Boston Spa we were very underwhelmed by other jewellery shops where we did not feel valued or ‘ special ‘This is a second marriage for both of us and we wanted to not only find the perfect rings but to have fun and really enjoy the experience . Neil made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect rings ! Interestingly we chose my engagement ring in a completely different style to the one I thought I would like . I absolutely love it and it is perfect in every way . So we then decided to get our wedding rings made through Neil as well ! They are equally beautiful - we wanted them engraved on the inside . Nothing was too much trouble . Plus we had a glass of fizz as well . The whole experience was so lovely I cannot recommend Neil enough .
