I would like to thank Emily for her help and expertise in helping me to find the perfect dress- which I did find, even though it was my first visit to a bridal shop! She made me feel totally relaxed and picked out some lovely dresses for me to try as I did not know what I wanted! I ended up buying the second dress I tried on! I felt totally at ease and it was great to have someone with her experience helping me to decide on colour/shape and style. I would recommend Brides2B as their shop, staff and collection are all excellent. I really can't thank Emily enough.

FABULOUS! Exemplary customer service. Really helpful and chatty when I made my appointment. At the evening appointment I was treated as an individual listened to by Athena (unlike other establishments I had visited). Athena was just amazing caring, thoughtful and so very patient not rushing me which I really appreciated. Lots of styles in my size (not size 12) and price range. The dressing room was spacious and I was made very comfortable and put at ease. 10/10

This is without doubt the worst bridal boutique locally. If the cheap fabric and outdated designs dont do it for you.....the fabric bag you have to put over your head, when trying on dresses will!Yes, I am serious, you are asked to wear a material bag over your entire head as you strip to your underwear to try on different gowns. This is supposedly to protect the dresses from makeup, but having visited other boutiques, I've found nowhere else that does this!It truely is a humiliating experience to have the 16 year old Saturday girl assistant giggle as you stand there in your underwear with a bag over your had. (NOT that I blame her, it probably did look funny.....but NOT how I imagined bridal shopping).

I fell in love with Brides2B as the lady who looked after me was so knowledgeable, helpful and really cared about the 'right' dress, not the price tag. I was able to try on as many dresses and different styles as I liked, she expertly arranged dresses I tried on so I could see how they would look when fitted, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. She effortlessly put me at ease and made the whole experience enjoyable and special. I only regret that I never got around to sending a photo of the day to Brides2B. Amazing experience! The most friendly, attentive staff out of all the bridal shops I have visited (I tried lots). They offer a wide range of dresses for fantastic value. The ladies here are so helpful infact, they recommended a dress I wouldn't have picked myself and it looked so beautiful that I chose it for my wedding day! I cannot thank these ladies enough for such a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend!

The team at brides 2 B in Watford were exceptional! Proving honest opinions, invaluable advice ! And dedicating their whole attention to making the dress selection enjoyable and unforgettable. Finding the dream dress here is extremely likely!By trying on a few types of dresses the team proceeded to choose ones they believed I'd like from my comments and found the perfect one for me ! One I would not have thought of ! One that I hadn't considered and it was oh so perfect !The store is very small, but they make it work well, the service they provide and gorgeous dresses they sell are not at all affected.I would highly recommend this store! And would like to say a massive thank you to them for making the whole process unbelievably easy and satisfying ! Your made my dream dress a reality !

Wedding shop by appointment only. It was an Ok experience. Issue i had was i had visited other shops and been made to feel special as soon as i walked in - this wasn't the case here. It felt weird being 'locked' into a shop too. although there are options and lots of space to try on the different dresses - the girls helping me were not enthusiastic so wasn't the best experience for me.

After numerous recommendations from past brides I made an appointment at Brides-2-B. Being a bigger girl it was so refreshing to walk into a room of gowns that I could all properly try on without being squeezed into a size 8. The staff were great when i ordered my dress allowing me to put a deposit down and get measured closer to the big day as I found my dress quite early. I had an all round wonderful experience with Brides-2-B and looking forward to shopping for my vow renewal dress in a few years!

Older bride looking for a tea length dress off the peg as only 3 months to wedding. First visit I was not ‘ready’ to be the bride so having tried on some beautiful dresses I walked away.Brides-2-B were great, they didn’t hard sell, they didn’t email and chase me at all and when I got my head round the ‘dress thing’ they welcomed me back.I went on my own and am grateful that both consultants were honest on what looked good and what didn’t and helped me with my decision.If you want a friendly , helpful and lovely experience with good choice/range / see these ladies.One last note; I’m a UK size 16 and I had plenty of options at Brides-2-B. Having been to a much larger well know store where I was put in 2 dresses that were size 8 and 10 the fact that 4 different tea length dresses ‘fitted’ made spending the money easier and I knew what I would actually look like! Got to take the dress home the same day so cannot be better!Thanks Brides-2-B

I first heard about Brides 2 B through work. I had been to several bridal shops and had not been successful in finding my dream dress. I went to my first appointment by myself and Santy was so good with making me feel like a special bride! I really liked having the two separate changing rooms as it meant you had complete privacy. Santy even offered to take pictures of me in some of the dresses so I could go and show my family after the appointment. There were so many dresses to choose from but my heart was set on one I had seen somewhere else. This was not a problem for Santy as she ordered it to be delivered to her shop for me! I had such a good experience at Brides 2 B and would highly recommend to any bride!
