Simon made the removals part of our move an easy process and we can't recommend him enough. We held a video call to go over all our goods so he could get a feel for the time required for the job, set a fixed price and gave us some additional instructions to help make the preparation easier. On moving day he was polite, courteous, joyful chap and from his attitude to everything he filled us with confidence that everything would go smoothly.

At what can be a very stressful time (and certainly was for us) you really want a removal service that manages the role with a minimum of fuss and maximum results. Simon certainly did that. Communication was great so we were able to plan ahead and get prepared in advance, largely thanks to some great guidance on packing. On the move day, the whole process was done with utmost professionalism and cheer. We were travelling some distance and Simon arrived a couple of hours ahead of us so, by the time we arrived, the van had been almost entirely unloaded and great care was taken to place all of the boxes and furniture in the correct places as well as unpacking and hanging the contents of the wardrobe boxes for us! We had no breakages and the price was competitive as well. Overall, I am happy to recommend Trusted Removals very highly- they are very well named.

We had a brilliant experience with Simon and team. I found Trusted Removals online, and was impressed with the excellent reviews. I'm happy to say that these matched my experience. Simon is very responsive and he provided a quote within a couple of days of me asking. On the day, Simon and team arrived on time. They moved everything and placed it where we wanted it in the new house, always cheerful and in good spirits. We highly recommend them!

Simon and team moved us a couple of months ago. Simon doesn't have a huge removals van so with us it took 4 runs over a couple of days but we were able to do that and as we had the time it meant they didn't have to pack the van so tightly.Simon visited to quote for us and was very friendly and professional. Our circumstances changes slightly before we moved and Simon was always either quick to pick up a call or quick to return it. Very responsive and very helpful.The actual move went extremely smoothly with great communication from Simon and the team. Nothing damaged. The team extremely helpful in packing things into the new house which was a real squash and they did a great job.They were cost effective too.I would recommend wholeheartedly.

Brilliant service from Simon and Danny, couldn’t have asked for two nicer people. They brought calm to what is usually a very stressful time for anyone relocating.Simon was very easy to contact, and extremely personable. The van is prepared full or bungee cords, blankets for protecting furniture and even mattress bags that I hadn’t even thought of. You can see the care that is taken when handling your belongings, and nothing is too much trouble.I would 100% recommend Trusted Removals.

Great service from Simon and the chaps he had with him on the day, very friendly, fast, reliable, and respectful of our home and belongings. Simon accommodated us at short notice and called ahead of the move day to assess the job. We caught him out a bit unfortunately as we found a lot more in the loft than we remembered putting up there! By the move day the job had grown… but they handled it all super-efficiently and still got everything moved across ahead of time. Would definitely use again.

Simon and his workers helped us move yesterday and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Came to quote first, explain situation, how works etc then arrived prompt on day and van was loaded very efficiently. Luckily our money exchanged quite fast so we could move straight away and the guys unloaded at new house, again with care and appropriate speed. Nothing broke, lost or damaged and they helped moved things around once inside including a large fish tank. All in all very impressed and highly recommend.
