This proved to be extremely useful as we discovered an issue with one of the radiators in our bathroom that I would have likely missed. Thanks to this, I was able to report the issue promptly to the constructor, which then sent a plumber to fix the issue and prevent any further damage.Additionally, was exciting to learn that they offer drone inspections of the roof and gutters. Unfortunately, due to a no-fly zone near an airport, this service couldn't be performed. However, I appreciate their commitment to safety and adherence to regulations.Overall, I highly recommend this snagging service for anyone looking for a comprehensive and detailed inspection of their new building.

Their drone surveying is a must have service which helped us to find several defect on the roof top and gutter. They also used some professional equipment to ensure our heater are fully functioned.Shannon the in-charge is super responsive no matter in phone call or WhatsApp, always reply timely. They also surprised us by providing the snagging report within the same day considered the unique situations of ours which supposed to be 3-5 working days.Last but not least, very reasonable price with these kind of services.
