Also have a great service plan which makes it more convenient! Also helpful and open to help you find the best deals for what you need. I always deal with Steve on sales and Daimen on service. Charged for a tyre replacement but came home with the same oneWasn’t reimbursed for their mistake or my time wasted, just not charged for Labour for having to come back inStrange how it was your mistake and not mine, but I should be grateful that I wasn’t charged for extra Labour that could have been avoided in first place.The cost of other services done could of been completed elsewhere for the fraction of the cost.Originally came in for a part recall, wish I just stook with that now.£300 something later and wasted fuel and time ⛽️Not a fully satisfied customer

The test drive car information given me for the test drive was not very complete. I did not know that one had to put my left foot down to start the car and in the middle of the test drive I could not drive the car. My salesman did not attend the meeting for me to buy the car although I had arranged an appointment. No discount for a cash purchase. Fifty pounds was offered for my old good car with a low mileage. I obtained Two hundred and twenty five pounds from Silverlake at Botley who I would recommend.
