Purchased actuator, great service really helpful, arrived next day

Ordered a replacement turbo actuator for a friend. Arrived quickly. Works perfect. Immediate refund upon receipt of sending back ours. The gent I spoke to was extremely friendly, helpful and very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Two reconditioned injectors ordered over the phone for my td6 rangerover, ready for collection the next day as promised, left a deposit until I returned my exchange injectors, returned them when I had fitted replacements and refunded deposit immediately including two year warranty, excellent service. Would recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

The turbo actuator failed on my Jag X Type (a common problem). I bought a re-manufactured actuator from Turbo Vanes at about 16:45 on Tuesday - and to my amazement the postman handed the replacement unit to me on Wednesday at 10:00. Speedily fitted - and no more problems. Deposit refunded the day after my returned actuator arrived. Fantastic service and communication. 5* well deserved!

Mk8 transit need I say more. The big proper transit and RWD. Had a turbo actuator issue as the linkage had seized. Now these vans are a nightmare to work on designed so most have to go to a garage but I enjoy fixing my own. I worked out you can split the turbo to access the actuator. So ordered from Turbo vanes as it’s OE parts. New part arrived super quick. Then I had an issue the linkage did not fit. Phoned them and unlike most company’s that tell you to take it to a garage they advised me on a simple procedure and yes it worked. I appreciate old fashioned help when your about to torch the vehicle. They have been very patient with me and always answered any question I ask. The return your old faulty part actually makes it on par with the rubbish Chinese copy’s when it comes to peace of mind and a proper warranty. I’m probably a nightmare customer but unfortunately for them if I have issues I know were I will go rather than trying to save money. Thank you guys your saving me a hell of a lot of money when pennies are tight.

Bought an actuator from Turbo Vanes, arrived quickly well packaged. Refund arrived in my bank as promised. Very helpful when making enquiry. Hopefully I won't need to but if I ever need another turbo part I'd use them again. Thanks.
