I went in over the bank holiday weekend to buy the required items to fit an outside tap.Both Steve & Alan were absolutely fantastic and guided me through the process, recommended the best items and offered words of wisdom in order to ensure success.Both gents went massively above and beyond standard customer service and you now have a new customer for life.I can also confirm that the project was a complete success..!!Cheers guysJim F
