Simon installed our boiler and radiators plus he services the boiler every year. Also he did a gas safety check recently as we’re selling our house. He always provides an excellent, friendly service at good prices. He always comes when he says he will and no job is too big or too small. In an emergency he’s always there. He’s friendly and cheerful and a hard worker.

Been using simon Haigh for 2 years now first to my mums house to disconnect items in the house and laterly for our gas fire and service our boiler and other jobs ..Simon is always very reliable ,always on time and gives excellent service and excellent prices .He always has a smile on his face and is always pleasant .we have no hesitation on recommend Simon for any plumbing .Excellent service all the way round .

I should have spotted the red flag when he said he doesn't like not turning up when he says he will. Fast forward more than 2 weeks and he cancels the day he's due to come. Claims he's been delayed on another job and will come a week later. Either he's totally inept at forecasting how long a job will take or he's taken a bigger job than servicing a boiler and 2 gas fires. Totally unprofessional.

Simon fitted me a full central heating system some years ago, he did a fantastic job and I am still using him years later. He gave me great advice, and did a great job! He also fitted a full bathroom for my mum and did another professional job ..
