So pleased with my new garage door Superb quality, the fitters done a fantastic job, Matches My front door Beautifully Which was also fitted by trotfield windows , I recommend this company 100%.

Initially when requesting a quote all was well. Kevin spent a good hour with us talking through our plans for the conservatory. told us the quote would be with us the following Wednesday. Nothing received so popped in a call to be advised it would be the following day now. For me not a good start to the relationship of £20k approx - can't deliver on the quote how would it be when completing the works. A no from me

Really pleased with my windows and the workmanship, excellent finish. The fitter was respectful and competent. Competitive prices. Would definitely recommend.

Truly appalling customer service and fitting. We had a front door fitted in August for £1400 and been plagued with problems ever since. Response from owner is beyond terrible and have never had a response from him in 8 months since fitting. The door handle has fallen off 4 times and last two times was literally stuck in with glue. Current door knob shown on the photo below. Have complained to manufacturers and given the name of Trotfield and am awaiting a response. Beside the door handle the door is also portly fitted and sits outside the frame about .5 cm. Again never had a contact from the owner. It cause unnecessary stress and stress. STAY AWAY!!

We are delighted with our newly fitted windows. From the initial friendly survey and quote, through to the careful fitting of the windows and the neat interior trims the service has been excellent.

First class service from this company. We had our windows replaced. From the start the service was professional and friendly. No hard sell! The products are superb, fitting carried out by friendly team who worked very hard and efficiently. The price was good for such excellent windows. We are happy to recommend Trotfield Windows.

Rung up twice now enquiring about my window, took my name, number, address etc and said I'd get a call back. Still waiting for either the 1st or 2nd phone call back. Was recommended this company by a family member who has had work done by then and were happy, safe to say I definitely am not. Don't say you'll phone people back and never follow through, then say Kevin will ring you this afternoon and a week later still no phone call! Will be looking else where, Trotfeild have missed out on my money and custom.

What can we say other than superb! End to end experience was excellent. We were very well looked after by Kevin who we first met at the showroom in Ironbridge. We were not pressurised into buying anything, we were given options at all levels. Then further choices during the home visit and measuring. The two fitters we had were brilliant, working in some very testing weather conditions at times. They were so precise in all that they did, the finish was excellent. Very little mess, and everything they removed internally was refitted, curtains etc. And now, the finished article is great.We were supported throughout by Kevin quickly answering any queries that we had.We have had the works so to speak, new windows, replacement of windows and roof of the conservatory and cladding. It looks like a new house. Everything about it is good, the windows are so well made, and the conservatory with its new glass roof is a great improvement. Thanks to everyone at Trotfield but particularly Daniel for his total professionalism and excellent work ethic. Thanks you.

After having various quotes for double glazing we decided on Trotfield Windows and how pleased we are that we made that decision .From the moment we contacted Trotfield through to the installation, Trotfield have been thoroughly professional and upfront, no false promises with dates for fitting .On our first meeting with Kevin, the owner, he explained, that due to covid and lockdowns ,that the supply chain was moving more slowly than normal and so would not promise us an installation date. This was fine as Trotfield do not take a penny from you until after installation and only then when you are happy with the product and quality of installation.The installation team were first class with their attention to detail and there social distancing was excellent.We are really pleased with the final product and the way in which Trotfield have conducted themselves.A thoroughly pleasant, professional company who I would highly recommend for your double glazing .Thankyou TrotfieldRM & AK Holmes.

As far as our windows being installed go, I'd thoroughly recommend Trotfields. Kevin is superb and is good at his job and gives you all the costs upfront etc . My only gripe is the customer service in the office. You get fobbed off left right and centre and when you call them you can hear them shouting each other across the room. Quite unprofessional but that's what you get with some family businesses. I'd suggest they get some independent office staff, or at least a receptionist that isn't part of the family.Other than that we are really pleased!
