Ok so we had in the past used the Belvedere branch, but they proved unhelpful and somewhat rude. So with mysterious annoying and intermittent Automatic gearbox problem we brought our motorhome here.They stripped down the wiring loom for the gearbox and checked out the box itself, thought it was fixed, but no still an issue. We had paid over £800. They told us to bring it back and they needed to keep it for as long as it took to sort. Anyway after a week and a bit they got to bottom of the problem and we were back on the road. No extra charge.Find them honest and fair will be back.

Had an issue with my motorhome not starting, called HTC Croydon and they were excellent. Friendly and helpful from the moment they picked the phone up. As I’m on holiday, and we all know how long the wait is for diagnostics/service/repair these days, HTC’s Service desk went above and beyond what I expected and were able to pass on some advice from one of their very knowledgeable technicians. Perfect fault diagnosis over the phone. Thanks guys!!
