Not bad..security seemed like a bit of a bottle neck but we still managed to get get through quite quickly. Excited to see the changes when they are finished.

What a trash airport. Today a full flight of 171 people had to wait one hour because they couldn’t be bothered to bring two wheelchairs up for the incoming flight. They couldn’t arrange a piss up in a brewery.

Went through the security check quickly enough but still had to take off shoes, belt and out phones and laptop in a separate container for scanning. Time to invest in new technology and get up to speed with the rest of country. While on technology I was sitting in Starbucks and despite having a new model iPhone I could only get 3G, just sad. How bad is that for an ‘international’ airport. To conclude, the cleanliness of the eating area was dreadful and I don’t know when it was last cleaned, but it had to be days. A lot of upgrading is required as this is embarrassing for both the airport and NI.

Use this airport regularly and every time they are so slow or lose your luggage, just spent 2 hours waiting on my suitcase. Everything else here its fine

Really not good when arriving at airport - to have to climb the stairs for able bodied people is tough enough but anyone else it has to be difficult. Lack of investment over the years. It really is shocking

Been here many times and always had good experiences, always through security very quickly, and a good selection of different shops at decent prices for an airport, bright, clean and well signed

Nice, low stress airport to go through. It is small, so clearing security was straightforward rather than stressful. Good to know that there is a bus service, every 15 minutes from Belfast International to Belfast Centre, terminating at Europa Bus station behind the Europa Hotel. Can buy tickets online using Translink app, a 1 month return costing just £12.50 where as a taxi is around £35 each way. Good service and good value.

After a 4hour flight you are made to walk like lemmings through totally unnecessary queuing system through passport control to be greated with sarcasm by border control. Then a 20 minute wait on your baggage to appear it is an embarrassing experience to say the least so far behind other European airports.

Toilets at Lagan Bar are disgraceful.I know the airport is being refurbished but clean the toilets....stench of p*ss is unbearable.£1 to use the smoking room is laughable ....

An embarrassment. 55 minute wait for bags, up and down stairs, with people on sticks. Passport control bit improved. Parking 100 quid for week in long stay, could have rented an apartment. Not a welcome return too or for anybody.
