The Dawson’s team have been amazing during my two years in their accommodation. We had very few issues in the house but if anything arose, they took very little time to respond and always ensured that everything was fixed quickly.Communication on anything was clear, and the team have always been friendly to all of us. I would recommend Dawson’s to anyone looking for Student Accommodation, especially for groups. I really can’t fault them at all! Thank you Dawson’s! :)

Dawson properties were my landlord for 3 years whilst at the university of Northampton, and were always attentive and quick to respond to queries and issues we came across whilst living it a the property. Not only that but the property themselves were always to a high standard before moving in and numerous changes were made to ensure the house stayed up to date and of great quality before and after I left.Alongside this rich and his team always kept rent fair and appropriate to the room and location of the house .Overall I could not recommend a better landlord for students at Northampton university.

I rented a student property for two years and had an amazing experience! All of the staff were very quick to come to the house if we needed anything, and were extremely helpful to us throughout the two years. I would really recommend Dawson properties! Completed my uni experience :)

Dawson Properties has a great team who are really friendly, supportive and genuinely care about their tenants. If we have had issues we have reported them to the landlord and whether they are urgent or not they are always really quick to respond and take action. Best landlords I have had for student housing in Northampton.

Me and my friends spent our final year at University in a student accommodation provided by this amazing team. It was one of the best experiences we have had during our course in terms of accommodation. The house was in good condition and we were lucky to receive new furniture.But the most amazing part was how supportive and caring the team was with us. They had impeccable communication and solved every problem (very few and minor). They also did work around and in the house to make our stay even more comfortable without us requesting it specifically. They also really supported me and another housemate when we were looking for an urgent solution for our next accommodation.All in all, the team was absolutely fantastic and it really made our last year memorable. Thank you for everything!

Dawsons provided the best home for myself and my housemates, all members of staff were kind, friendly and helpful. If a problem ever occurred they would fix it immediately. This has definitely been the best experience of renting a student out I have had.

Being with Dawson has been a great experience. Not only are the houses brilliantly clean and looked after, but whenever a problem rarely occurred, there was always someone there to help as soon as I reported. I felt very happy being a tenant with Dawson and I would 100% recommend them to anyone considering them!

For our 1 year living together during our 3rd year of university, my friends and I stayed in a property managed by Dawson, and honestly they were fantastic. Rich and Kai were really really friendly whenever they came to the house and during phone calls, the property itself was incredible, very spacious and great for a large group of students. I can't thank Dawson enough for being our landlords during our third year, they really helped make it a great one!

Everyone at Dawson properties has been fantastic the 2 last years I’ve rented student accommodation with them! They’re quick to respond to emails and sort any issues as soon as they can. Everyone I have met and spoken with have been very friendly and never had any issues. The accommodation they rent out has been of good standard and the rooms always come with everything you need :)
