Hardys Burgerhouse

Came from Bradford with some of the boys and ordered one of the boxes for £10 which is value for what you get nowadays. The fries were 8/10, chicken tenders 9.5/10, stirfry donner 9.5/10 and smash burger was a 8/10. The uncle and brother showed the best service and were hospitable, only wished that there was a hardys local as i would come regularly based on the food and service.

We ordered five meals as a family, however we had one meal missing and the other meal didn't have what we asked for. We went back and again they messed up a meal and charged extra for the first meal they messed up on. When speaking on the phone we asked for another meal to be delivered and we were told no, come into the store and you can get another meal, baring in mind we had been twice already. He also claimed we can have a refund. The man we were speaking to on the phone was quite difficult to speak to even though it was his fault.We went into the store and the man we spoke to on the phone tried avoiding us by staying in the kitchen. Food was exceptional plus the service by the staff was really good I decided to get one of their smash box meals and i wasn’t disappointed. A huge array of flavours entered my mouth as I took that first bite and all elements of the meal were nothing less than 100%. WOULD DEFINITELY COME HERE AGAINServed by Subhan

Ordered recently and they messed us around a lot. We ordered a couple meals and they got half of it wrong. We then went a second time and had to pay extra for the meals they got wrong, even though we payed for that order before and when the food was brought back it was wrong again! We went for a third time and it was also the wrong order. The fact that we went 3 times and it was still wrong is poor. We contacted the owner and they promised us a full refund and free meals for the next time we go. We went back again and only received a refund for the meals we paid extra for, even though they got it wrong. When we got the food, they got the order wrong again! Terrible experience and will not be coming again!

I was already impressed by the hardys menu and food but recently they released the smash bros menu which elevated the quality of food and variety. I decided to get the smash box meal 1 and hot nacho smash burgers which are incredible. The smash box had a bit of everything which was flavourful and fresh, and the hot nacho smash had the crunch from the nachos which is actually a perfect combination.Food on both menus is sensational i highly recommend to anyone

Absolutely nasty never order it againHair in my food and I made a complaint about it. the owner/manager called Ibrahim and one of the workers called aadil said there's nothing we can do we given your food to you and we don't give refunds sorry.WHAT A DISASTER!!!

Alhamdulillah food is very nice, we tried there chicken burgers, smash burgers and kabab. All were on point

I ordered from Hardys and it ended up being wrong several times. I had to go in three times for my order. The guy was not professional and not accommodating regarding our order. He charged me for the order that he got wrong the second time I went into store. After these three incidents, the boss promised a full refund and offered free meals. When we arrived there, the food was late and my order was wrong again. We only got a partial refund and not the full amount.I have been a regular customer to Hardys and after this incident, I will not be going again!

Absolutely loved the food. I ordered a Hardys special smash burger box and everything was so tasty and I will definitely be ordering again. The service we received was also brilliant. Amazing!! So worth it
