They charged me more than their service! My husband took the same car to their car wash 2 weeks ago...we both used the same service and yet I paid £16! He paid less...I wonder where you get your prices from...I will never use Andover car wash again!

Lots of ‘do you want us to do a good job’ and ‘that costs extra’ comments as they take your money. Paid £31 for a 3 series BMW. The exterior is just a normal car wash not hand wash and then there’s a quick go around the inside. All in all I was there for less than 10mins and had to redo quite a lot of the inside when I got home.Short sighted as it just means I won’t be going back again.

They tried twice, but the machine refused my pickup, the gent was friendly and helpful, but in the end gave me a cash refund after no joy.

Do not use this company if you have tinted windows - asked them repeatedly to make sure they used a soft cloth and they didn’t.The tint was only done 2 weeks ago and I cannot get through to anyone to make a formal complaint

Amazing guys every time! Always do a fantastic job. Surprised my sister with a valet for her car and she was over the moon, said it looked brand new and she was overjoyed with how good it looked! Considering I had 4 muddy dogs in the car previously the seats were absolutely spotless and mud free, car smelt lovely and they did a good job with the details! Thank you again!

It stalled 3 times while we were in there! Took pushing another car to get it going again! Wash and wax were ok. But that the entire car wash itself stalled like that. Very unnerving!!! Get it sorted guys!!

Misleading pricing. A valet service used to include the car wash service. They've now increased all the prices way above inflation and removed the car wash which means you also have to pay extra for that. Instead of politely explaining that, I had a confrontational member of staff demanding that I quickly make my mind up. I used to be a regular, but I won't be anymore.
