Outstanding customer service from Brent who got back to me late on a Sunday evening to help me design a gift for my parents for Christmas. Arthur Francis Sculpture crafted a beautiful sign for the front of our house which my parents will be proud to display. Not only that, but it was made AND delivered in 3 days, just in time for Christmas Day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We have used the Arthur Francis Sculpture team for several large corten steel planters and benches. The products are incredibly high quality and the customer service is superb. From ordering to delivery, the AFS team have been brilliant. We will be using them again in the future.

With short notice , and a lot of communication between us , a gorgeous steel statue arrived of our lovely dog Daisy ( who is no longer with us ) it was for my husband for Christmas and we absolutely love it . Would highly recommend this company through every stage of the process .Thank you

Arthur Francis made a bespoke house sign for our new home, consisting of our street name and house number. It is absolutely stunning, and we get loads of compliments from delivery drivers (and visitors when allowed!) about it. The service we received was excellent from start to finish, and Brett even hand delivered it to us as we're local. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Excellent service from start to finish. Had a large number of Corten planters built to hug a boundary wall, providing interesting shape and heights. The planters were all different shapes and sizes - all built bespoke. All expertly handled. The end product is a few years old now and is looking fantastic - and keeps getting better. Through out the build process they were always present. Excellent customer service. Excellent product.

Arthur Francis totally nailed it for us!! We had a vision of a cortenze steel fence to curve around the perimeter of our pool . The detail , beauty and craftsmanship is outstanding .. So easy to work with and being able to nail the vision we had . Our next order is a beautiful firepit in the same design - cannot wait as I know it will be amazing !! Thank you so much !!

Absolutely fantastic customer service nothing was too much trouble for me to be 100% happy. Very prompt response to emails and queries. I felt that the company went out of its way to get the product right for me. I contacted them with just 2 weeks before Christmas with an idea for a house sign to give to my husband for a present. Was apprehensive that I would receive it in time but was constantly reassured and they met my expectations and I received the item in time for Christmas. Cannot fault them.

I have a bespoke steel sign for my salon that has an awesome, unique rusted look. It is EXACTLY what I wanted and asked for, and more. I could not be more happy with not only the product, but the customer service as well.Can not recommend highly enough
