We had a work Christmas party there and got the free drinks tokens which worked well. The main gripe was the one bar girl that was working, Olivia, was so rude and obnoxious. She spoke to us in a rude manner and made it quite clear she didn’t want to be serving us, at times ignoring people on purpose until she finished whatever she was doing on her phone. Shouldn’t ever be allowed to work there again.

It's okay.Pretentious.Expensive food that is not great. We went here for lunch. There were a lot of staff on duty who mostly were engaged in loitering by the far till near the male toilets (large group of young girls and one young man) so service was tortoise-paced at best, but very pleasant and friendly service nevertheless. We ordered some small plates which make no sense. 4 tiny gyoza priced the same as 2 large bao buns? Plus I think the chef is new or still practising the menu.Chicken was dry, buns nearly stale. Sliders burnt. Coleslaw tasteless. Gyoza tasteless. If it hadn't been for a birthday about half the 15 plates brought out would have been sent back.Venue was cold, like coat on cold. Reasonable cost for drinks. Comfortable ish and toilets were clean.Would I eat there again? No way.Would I visit for a drink? If I was part of a group then probably.I'd suggest this venue is all looks and no substance. You can see by my photos how pretty the food looks, but it doesn't taste as good. They need to get the food right because there are a lot of eateries very close by and customer will just take their money elsewhere - like I will next time.

Never one to complain and travelled all the way from Doncaster for this brunch. Booked at bottomless brunch at 5pm and was sat in front of the DJ booth with drunk people fall all over us and putting drinks on our table. They offered only to move us a few cm away from the original spot. We had no issue with the ‘lively’ atmosphere, but only the issues stated above. I asked the staff if they minded moving us and they replied “well that’s just what bottomless brunch is like with us.” I spoke to the manager and he said the same thing and refused to give us our despite back. I even asked for us to be moved to a 3 vacant 2 seater tables but they refused. If they had given our deposit back I would not have an issue. There were tables for 2 available but they refused to move us. The response to our table complaint was “well we’ve never had a complaint about that table before.” God knows how anyone is supposed to sit down and eat at that table. The manager was very rude to us and didn’t seem to care about us at all despite us being extremely polite. Never returning due to extremely rude staff/management and inability to do anything at all with us being unhappy. We look forward to hearing from you via this platform as all we want is our £20 deposit refund.

Attended last night as part of a 24 person hen do. We were asked to pre order food 24hrs before. They rang and cancelled all food 1hour before our booking.Service was extremely slow. Not for any fault of the waitress, she was alone most of the night for 24 guests plus the other tables. She was extremely polite, friendly and worked hard. Just terrible management and even worse organisation. We were given an extra hour to make up for the lack of food we paid for. However service conveniently seemed to get slower and slower. They will not let you go to the bar so the time between actually ordering a drink and recieving it was upto 30mins, even when theres plenty of space at the bar.My main gripe minus the food, was they came round every individual person and took a drinks order, and early on the drinks were handed out to said person. But later on the drinks were plonked on the end of a random table and you're expected to go and find it - unbeknownst to the guest. Not knowing if it was touched, sipped, spiked or even put there in the first place. Staff said we can't serve 24 guests individually and it was my responsibility to find my drink. My last drink wasn't anywhere to be found and upon complaining I was told time was up. Despite asking 2 members of staff well within our allocated time. I then asked for the manager, who said the same. Basically go and find it. Upon debating more the 'manager' said she would go and ask her 'manager' as she couldn't authorise it. Eventually we received said drinks- much to the dismay of the group of 'staff' who rolled their eyes whilst propping the bar up on their phones. My last comment would be the toilets were disgusting, full of sick and every bodily fluid you could think of. Of corse the other guests are responsible for the state they leave the toilets but a cleaner wouldn't go a miss. There is also a male glass collector who came into the toilet twice, while I had a dress malfunction, no signs or announcements. I just found it strange but I imagine it could be intimidating for a less confident female.Overall, atmosphere and music were the only positives. drinks OK, extremely overrated and overpriced, don't think any one of us would rush back. Beyond disappointed.
