Purchased a beautiful engraved decanter for a very much regarded Chairman of trustees who was retiring. Just brilliant service from start to finish, lots of contact to make sure we were happy with the design before engraving, and a really rapid dispatch - also arrived so well packaged I'm sure you could have thrown it around en route and it would still have arrived in one piece. The decanter and glasses were beautiful - really high quality. Really, excellent old fashioned customer service - would highly recommend.
