Absolutely outstanding and wonderful service from Alan, who is very knowledgeable and very skilled. He has suggested and carried out the repair to a ring I have inherited from my father and I could not be any happier with the final result. I found Allan online and asked him to design my an unusual custom piece of jewellery. It needed to be hollow so it could contain ashes in it (it was a memorial piece). The ashes were set in resin. It turned out really well and came back quickly. The price was cheaper than what I was going to spend on a standard memorial piece and he designed it exactly as I asked. I would highly recommend him. Plus he is just a really nice guy too, friendly and smiley. Thanks again for helping me Allan. I put my necklace on and I had a happy cry remembering my Grandma

Allan was fantastic when remaking my engagement ring after I took it to him with broken clasps. Shoddy workmanship from the first designers left me with no alternative but to have the ring remade in the same design but in a more robust way. And I am happy I put my full trust into Allan. I’m very happy with Allan’s work and highly recommend him. I also look forward to working with Allan again on another piece of jewellery in the future.

Me being the typical bloke I am left finding an engagement ring till the last minute before going on holiday, I read a few reviews and decided to give Allan a call, within the hour I was sat with Allan designing the perfect ring for my fiancee to be, time was very limited but Allan managed to get the ring designed and made before I went away, I took my mother with me to pick the the ring and she was so impressed with his work that she got one designed as well!I would highly recommend Allan, a master of his craft and a true gentleman. BTW the ring was beautiful and she said yes!

Allan designed and made a beautiful wedding ring for us. It was a strange request as my fiance had made a prototype himself from a nail! Allan helped us pick a material that would work with the design. So delighted with the result- exactly what we wanted, so cleverly made, no hard sell - a true craftsman using latest technology and heaps of experience and skill.
