Awful customer service,I am regular (now ex) get a coffee and pastry sometimes milk :) today I grabbed one of the innocent drinks - it turned out I looked at the wrong label for the price, I enquired nicely about the price (would still buy it) one person behind me in the queue, 3 members of staff behind the counter two chatting. The lady which was serving me shouts at top of her lungs - name of her colleague - multiple times I was right in front of her so that was not very pleasant for me. Other member of staff checked the price, I was looking at him he moved the rest of drinks from that shelve as I was watching - I said I thought it was £1.20 ? Lady replied - next time read the label okay. She seemed annoyed from the start of this transaction. There was no customer service.I left embarrassed.Not that it matters but -1 customer.:(Good that Esso is just down the road :)Guys at Esso are lovely :)

If you buy anything else other than petrol here, just check the prices of the items you buy as they very often have the wrong price labelled for the item on the shelf then when you pull them up on it they start arguing with you. If that’s the price on the shelf, that’s the price you pay. I’ve been coming here for years but after today, not anymore.

Great for fuel and nibbles to eat, staff are Always friendly.

Was involved in administering first aid yesterday after a cyclist was hit by a van at this petrol station . Staff were wonderful , extremely helpful and lovely man from staff attentive with first aid kit . Hope Terry the cyclist was ok after ambulance arrived and thanks to lovely couple and the witness for being so helpful . Well Done Bp staff x

They steal at pump. I've put in for £92 a 1/4 reservoir, almost same price as other places, to find out only 3/4 reservoir was full. A few days later used a different BP and with £90 I got 4/4 full reservoir.

Great staff, very helpful. Had to change a tyre in the middle of the night in the rain. They let me pull under the cover.

i work in a local pub and it’s so nice to have a 24/7 shop on my walk home, the night staff (11-4am is usually when i pop in) are so lovely, there have a been a few times when there have been a few issues but the staff are lovely, it’s always clean and easy to navigate. for a 24/7 shop, it’s amazing, thank u to all the people that work there :)
