I’ve tried to attached just a few of many photos I have showing some of the bags with bad printing, but strangely it won’t allow me to add them.I compared the bags I feel are faulty, to other bags we had which were printed perfectly in the same batch. I questioned if some can be printed perfectly, then why are they all not printed perfectly? And their reply was the quality of the bag doesn’t allow it. I asked for a discount to compensate the faulty ones and they refused. They took the load back to review and their conclusion was there were no faults. But we could clearly see smudging, misprinting and smudge lines and ink where there shouldn’t be any.Maybe it was the bag quality? But my confusion still stands if half could be printed perfectly, then why not the other half?I fell out with one member of their sales staff who wasn’t at all diplomatic. But Alison was polite and took time to listen to my complaint and it’s only because of her I’m adding a second star. Or they would have only gotten one.
